A 30 minute PRIVATE up close and personal experience EXCLUSIVELY for you.

You will meet 2 of our beautiful Native British Species of Owl and learn all about them.
There will be an opportunity (totally optional, no pressure), to hold one of them and you are welcome to take pictures too.
Suitable for all ages and abilities however for insurance reasons under 5's are not able to handle the birds and as there is a lot of talking the ability to sit reasonably quietly for 30 mins would be very much appreciated by the owls.
Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
We are under cover so rain will not be a problem! However the building is NOT heated.
Although dogs are welcome in and around the Honey Farm grounds (not in the shop or tea rooms), sadly our birds are not overly fond of dogs and therefore ask that you do not bring your canine friends with you to the experience.
PRE-BOOKING IS STRONGLY ADVISED we only run 6 individual sessions per day (Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays), and so availability is restricted.
We are sometimes - other commitments allowing, able to offer sessions on other days too - contact us to discuss.
As previously mentioned this is a PRIVATE session designed for individuals or your family/friend group. You will not find yourselves sharing the experience with strangers.
Ideally 6 would be the maximum number for a single session however if we know in advance we can usually accommodate larger groups.
Our "Owlery" is situated a short up hill walk (approx 50m), away from the main shop/tea room area at the Honey Farm.
If mobility is a problem please let us know in advance and we can arrange for you to drive right up to the Owlery.
Please arrive 5 or 10 minutes before your session time and check in at the shop where one of us will meet you and show you up to the Owlery.
PLEASE NOTE that we present the owls to you one at a time and we do not have owls out on open display.

2020 PRICES: £9 FOR THE FIRST PERSON £3 PER ADDITIONAL PERSON.

We can only accept cash on the day. Payment by Bank Transfer may be made in advance.
